White peach, tangerine and lychee

Cantaloupe and a slightly creamy texture

WINEMAKING

The Fruit

Hand picked, hand sorted, and whole cluster pressed Gravity fed into open-top fermenters

The Juice

Whole cluster pressed then inoculated with yeast for a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel.  No malolactic fermentation

The Wine

Aged 100 percent in stainless tanks
